The Oracle team is pleased to invite your team to a 2-days hands-on workshop on Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service. Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service is a Oracle Cloud Platform service to extend and build analytic applications on a cloud. Oracle will organize five 2-days Workshops between June - November 2015. We invite you to join the workshop InClass or Remotely (avoid travel time and travel costs by joining remotely).
This Invite-Only hands-on workshop will be delivered by Oracle Development at No-Fee to Partners.
A workshop consists of presentations, live demos, and hands-on laboratory exercises. Objective is to help Cloud Applications Implementation and BI consultants learn how to implement Oracle BI Cloud Service based analytics and extend value of their Cloud Applications.
IMPORTANT: These workshops are available to selected Oracle Partners with a current OPN Gold Level or higher membership. A fully executed Oracle Cloud Services Training Addendum is required for this pilot workshop. |

Workshop Training Format |
Approximately 3-4 hours of presentation and Q&A during AM. Participants will independently work on laboratory activities after the 3-4 hours presentation. You will also have access to a forum where you will be able to post questions. We are monitoring this forum to ensure that you will get prompt assistance as you independently work on assigned laboratory work in the afternoon. Partners are encouraged to post questions and follow-up via forum even after the workshop.

Target Audience: |
Cloud Based Analytics Developer, Oracle BI and ODI Consultants working with Cloud Applications, OBIE Developers and Implementers, ETL Designers, Data Warehouse Developers and Enterprise Architects.

Prerequisite |
Audience is expected to know the following before attending the training:

Domain experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse Design, Dimensional model, and database design is required

Existing knowledge of data integration tool is a plus.

Post Workshop Cis Exam: |
Participants are expected to conduct respective Certified Implementation Specialist Exam 1 - 2 months after the workshop. Upon completion of the workshop, attendees may be eligible to receive a free voucher to take the Certified Implementation Specialist exam. Details will be provided later.

Registration: |
Provide your submission to your local Alliances & Channels Manager. Alternatively, provide your submission to your local Alliances & Channels Enablement Manager. Provide the following information: Workshop, Workshop date, InClass or Remote, Partner Company, Participant’s name, Participant’s Corporate Email Address, Resident Country, Participant’s Manager's Corporate Email Address. Please check possible conflicts with local holidays before registering. Note that some Workshops might take place from Sunday to Thursday (Middle-East and Africa located ones).
Upon Approval participant will receive an email Confirmation. The Confirmation email will contain all logistical information required. Should a Workshop be full, Candidates will be placed on a Waiting List and will be informed. It is recommended that Partners plan months ahead and for groups of participants in order to secure seats in the Workshops.
